• Advertisers cannot influence category assignment or profile content.
• No paid ranking of companies or products.
• No advertorial written to look like a buyer guide.

Practical consequence

If you see a ranking, a category assignment or a description, it reflects public information rather than a commercial relationship. That separation is the main reason companies ask to be listed here at all.
