How to Read a Partnership Announcement
Find these three things

Judging the likelihood of delivery
- A named project or order is a stronger signal than a framework.
- A framework with no timeline needs continued monitoring.
- Check whether the two parties have delivered together before.
Framework agreements generally do not constitute a revenue commitment. Avoid over-extrapolating.
